Liability

Weddingtableplans.com makes no attempt to exempt itself from liability through its own negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Weddingtableplans.com makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding the contents or availability of the web site or that it will be timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or server which hosts the site are free of viruses or bugs. Weddingtableplans.com will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to content and material caused by items uploaded or transmitted via the web site, or for loss or damage from any action taken in reliance of information or material found on the site.

Notwithstanding the clause of 13.a), weddingtableplans.com’s aggregate liability (be it through contract, tort or otherwise), shall not exceed that sum equal to the amount paid for the product(s) in respect to one incident or a series of incidents attributable to the same cause.

No delay or failure by weddingtableplans.com to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them, nor will single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them.
