Viva Las Vegas for Martyn and Nicola!

Martyn asked us to source the images of Vegas hotels and we used the famous 'Welcome to Vegas' sign to create a wonderfully unique plan.  The plan is a customised size and framed so that Martyn and Nicola could hang the plan up after the wedding day as a lovely keepsake.

Kenga and Aghi had a wedding party of 450 guests and opted for an alphabetical listing to display the guest list (a close up of the alphabetical listing is shown on the next gallery image). The plan was an impressive 850mm wide x 1256mm high in a graphite grey and silver scheme to match their colour theme. We supplied 2 plans to ensure all the guests were able to view a seating plan at the drinks Reception. An additional 5 oversized A3 plans were supplied for the 5 helpers assisting the guests to their seats.

A simple table layout is displayed at the top of the plan so guests can see how the tables were set in relation to the head table. We also supplied 46 table name cards - numbered but also with an author on each one to add a subtle theme to the Reception - see next image.

Our customer supplied her guest list as a simple list i.e. Table one and the list of guests.  We convert that list into an alphabetical listing which is required for a wedding party of 150+ guests. 

The tables were numbered, as is required of an alphabetical listing, but also named after famous authors to personalise the theme of the wedding.  We are able to produce any additional signage/posters you may require and in this case we produced a couple of matching A5 signs to display by the Gift Box.

A very personal theme for Ollie and Sarah Dents table plan. The theme was past family weddings with the dates of the weddings as the table names.  This is a really popular theme as it gets the wedding party chatting and combines the two families.  The vibrant red was requested to match the colour theme of the wedding.

A romantic Paris themed plan for Stuart and Liz. We used the Metro map as a subtle background in the design, and the table names were places on the Metro that were special to Stuart and Liz at the time they were in Paris and Stuart proposed to Liz.

Seona and Dion contacted us for a last minute photo plan on a 'TV' theme. We sourced the images they requested and matched their turquoise colour scheme to create an eyecatching table plan and table name cards....all designed, produced and delivered within 10 days.

Track day enthusiasts will love this track day themed table plan.  We sourced the images of the circuits and used a simple cream background to match the wedding colours. The table name cards were the names of the tracks and John's lap records are listed long with the model of car he drove to get that record.  The guest name cards were supplied with holes punched as they were attached to the  wedding favours - bottles of Sloe Gin.   It was an absolute pleasure to work on :-)

Classic Table Plan: Calla - coordinating stationery

Helen ordered coordinating table name cards and guest name cards to match her table plan creating a lovely theme to her Wedding Breakfast. The guest name cards had the bride and grooms newly wed names and the wedding date printed on the reverse.

Customised "Tracks of Our Lives" plan for Anthea and Richard

The bride and groom sent us a list of the tracks they wanted on the plan and we sourced all of the album covers.  A simple cream background was used to compliment the wedding colours and the actual size of this plan was 770mm x 1063mm.  Coordinating table name cards were supplied to create an interesting talking point at the Wedding Reception.

Anthea and Richards 'Tracks of Our Lives' coordinating table name cards.

Each table was named after an album. The image of the relevant album featured on each table name card along with the artists name.

Customised Plan - 900mm x 800mm

Ashish contacted us wanting a table plan incorporating images of super cars he had sourced himself.  We put the plan together for him with a sky blue background to match his wedding colours.  25 tables with 10 guests on each.

Marc contacted us with a week to go before his wedding.  Marc wanted a tropical desert island background with images of destinations he and his fiance had visited and he wanted these images in map form.  After sending us a list of the destinations, we managed to source the images and integrated them into a design which looked really stunning!

Personalised Photo Plan - Bianca and Philip

Bianca chose a photo plan with images of her and her fiance at various holiday destinations they had been to together.  The tables were named after each destination and the colour was altered to a lovely maroon to match their wedding colours.

Eleanor contacted us with a special request for a stargazer lily design in bright pink and black colours to match her wedding theme.  Although there wasn't a stargazer lily design displayed on our site, we sourced the flower image for her and created a design to suit her requirements. 

The tables were all named after places the bride and groom had visited on a special holiday to South East Asia.  Photos the couple had taken at each destination were used on the table name cards.  Menus were also designed in this theme - so striking in the black and pink colour combination.

Hannah and Paul opted for a raspberry red personalised Classic Plan with 'cats' as the theme for their wedding.

As well as the plan the couple ordered table name cards, guest name cards, order of service and inserts for the order of service - see the next image in the gallery to view.

With a 'cat' theme for their raspberry table plan Hannah and Paul wanted a range of stationery to match their theme.

The table name cards were all named after cats.  The Order of Service had the poem 'The Owl and the Pussycat' with illustrations which we sourced, and a matching double sided insert was designed to inform guests of the transport arrangements and dietary requirements. 

Matching guest name cards completed the themed stationery which was a stunning combination!

Jennifer and Matthew contacted us asking if we could use the design from their invitations on their table plan.  The design was a symbol of two birds and the couples initials which we managed to incorporate into a table plan, table name cards and guest name cards.

The couple were delighted to be able to have the same theme as their wedding invites!

Karli and Ben requested a landscape sunflower design so we adapted the design we listed on the website so that it would suit their needs.  We incorporated the photograph and caption from their invitations onto their table name cards which added a lovely personal touch. Great fun - a Glastonbury themed table plan with matching guest name cards. The tables were named after the stages and the name cards were signposts with those stages on...great fun!

Classic Plan - slightly customised!

Paula contacted us for a plan to match her home made wedding invitations which had a vintage theme. We scanned the stamped image of the bird from the invitations and created a design using champagne and vintage green collours to match her wedding colours. So simple and lovely :-)

Personalised Photo Plan - Album covers

Rishi and Jaymi wanted a table plan with their favourite albums as their theme.  The couple were having two rooms for their Wedding Breakfast which we incorporated into the design - very subtly.  The order included tale name cards and guest name cards.  The guest name cards featured the image of whichever album (table) that each guest was sitting on adding a lovely personalised element to the table stationery.  The blue/grey colour matched the couples wedding colour.

Customised plan - impressive 1200mm x 920mm

Sheena had 39 tables and chose to have them in a table layout rather than in an alphabetical listing which is advisable for a wedding party this size.  It was a real focal point at such an impressive size.

Viacheslav and Christina contacted us asking if we could modify our cream rose Classic Plan to a saphire blue design, and also asked what we could do to make it more 'exclusive'.  So we produced an impressive customised sized plan and added swarovski crystals (4) on each table to add subtle sparkle.

Because the plan was so big, Christina ordered a smaller version in a frame as a keepsake.

Personalised Photo Plan - New York trip as the theme

Stephen and Zoe got engaged in New York and therefore chose to use their phtographs from the trip on their wedding table plan.  In a graphite grey with a hint of bright pink the plan and matching guest name cards looked stunning.
