Delivery
The delivery cost for each product is detailed at the bottom of each product page and is also confirmed on the order confirmation page before you submit payment through Protx.
Our Prestige Plans and Prestige Photo Boards and any coordinating table stationery ordered with these products will be delivered directly to your wedding venue.
All other products purchased through the website are delivered by a reputable courier to your specified delivery address and require a signature on receipt of goods. Goods will be delivered to you anytime Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
Please note: In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit you must sign for the goods as damaged on delivery to be eligible for a full refund. If the goods are signed for in good condition and not checked and later found to be damaged we will be unable to offer a refund. Please inform us immediately if you do receive a damaged product(s) so that we can endeavour to prioritise and reproduce the product(s) and send out the replacement(s) in time for your wedding.
The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the item(s) to your chosen delivery address. If no-one is available to sign for the item(s) on these two attempts a card will be posted through your door with details of your local courier depot where your goods will be held for you to collect at your cost. No further attempts will be made by the courier to deliver to you.
On placing an order you are given the opportunity to provide us with a different address from your billing address to have your product(s) delivered to i.e. work address.
WeddingTablePlans.com cannot accept responsibility for goods not being delivered if no-one is present to sign for the goods.
