Packaging & Delivery

Once your table plan design has been approved it will be put into production and will normally be delivered within 7 days although we are able to produce and deliver them in less time should you require a last minute turnaround.  You will receive email confirmation a couple of days before we despatch your goods to ensure the delivery day suits you. Plan despatch is prioritised by wedding date.Coordinating stationery is dispatched in the same package as the table plan.

The delivery cost for your order is confirmed on the order confirmation page before you are asked to submit payment through Protx.  We offer several delivery options (see below) and the option to provide an alternative delivery address from your billing address i.e. a work address.

A signature is required on receipt of the goods.  If no-one is available at the preferred delivery address to sign for the goods the courier will leave a delivery note with a telephone number to call to re-arrange the delivery (usually the following day) or alternatively you can arrange to collect the items in person from the local depot.
